ZITA

Zita was born in Paris during the 90s. He grew up listening to Prince, Diana Ross and Kate Bush – music has always been a big part of his life. He attended the Sarcelles Conservatory from the age of 6-11, and studied at the Saint-Denis Conservatory from 11-18, majoring in piano.  Dance is also an integral part of his world. From the age of 7 until he started high-school, he trained as a classical dancer. During high-school he founded a hip-hop collective, which in 2015 was awarded the national prize for hip-hop dancing. Regular performances through-out his high-school years at the conservatory gave Zita the chance to showcase his talent in piano as well as his voice. The positive reactions from these audiences, which far exceeded his expectations, inspired him to pursue a career in music. Studying at the conservatory also introduced Zita to composition. He now writes and produces his own music. His début release ‘Odd Son vol. 1’ is available on all streaming platforms (link).
